Nossa missão é proporcionar aos nossos clientes serviços de logística, projectos e mineração na SADC, enquanto a nossa visão é ser a solução nos serviços de logística, projectos e mineração na SADC.
POSITION DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the day-to-day running and tire management of the various operations in Tete.
- Controlling all tire use in the area of responsibility
- Physically collecting the respective tire data, measuring tire performance
- Record all tire movements and information on tire movements in the tire management system
- Ensure that daily tire changes are carried out according to plan
- Control stock tires in the warehouse and also for all monthly orders of Maputo tires and tire-related consumables, e.g. patches, glue and tire soap for all the different operations
- Carry out weekly site visits for all necessary operations and for daily functions, tire changes and management of the Moatize depot.
- Ensure that all tire change sheets, inspection sheets, tool check sheets, job cards, scrap sheets and other related docu- ments are sent to the Senior Tire Manager on a weekly basis
- Organize and assist with tire-related breakdowns outside the warehouse.
- Responsible for all safety aspects in the tire shop areas, providing a safe working area
- Supervising the safe working of staff in the tire park and assisting with staff training where necessary
- Carrying out and recording tire surveys
- Obtain and record all tire data for the region/depots/ contracts
- Assisting management with waste analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3 Years
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- In addition to a high school education, have a wealth of knowledge and experience in tire management
ADVANTAGE FOR CANDIDATES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Operational policies and procedures related to the area
- Industry best practices and ISO standards related to the function
- Tire management system and its functionalities
- Preparation of tire-related data, including reporting
- In-depth knowledge of the construction and use of tires in their various applications
- Intermediate knowledge of tire compartment functions and the safe execution of related tasks
