Job Description
PATHWAY CONSULTING is recruiting, on behalf of its client, two (2) Procurement Assistants to support procurement activities and ensure efficient purchasing processes. The role involves supplier communication, quotation requests, preparation of purchase documentation and order follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily procurement activities;
- Assist with supplier sourcing and communication;
- Request and compare supplier quotations;
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement documents;
- Maintain accurate procurement records;
- Follow up on orders and deliveries;
- Support supplier and procurement reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Procurement or a related field;
- Previous experience in procurement is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Good organisational and analytical skills;
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
